This Privacy Policy describes how the operator of VoltEzy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the VoltEzy mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may collect information you choose to provide, such as account identifiers (for example, email or federated login subject IDs), preferences, and communications you send to support.
1.2 Circuit images & usage
When you use camera or gallery features, we process images you submit to generate circuit analysis and solutions. Related metadata (for example, timestamps or request identifiers) may be collected as part of operating the Service.
1.3 Device & technical data
We may collect device type, operating system version, app version, diagnostic logs, and similar technical information needed to secure and improve the Service.
1.4 Purchases
If you subscribe or make in-app purchases, Apple, Google, or other payment partners process payment card data. We may receive subscription status, transaction identifiers, and related records from those partners—not your full card number.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve circuit recognition and solving features;
- Authenticate accounts and enforce usage limits or subscription entitlements;
- Monitor abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
- Communicate with you about the Service (for example, support responses);
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
3. Automated & AI processing
Analysis of your images may involve automated systems, including machine learning models hosted by us or by subprocessors. Outputs are generated for your session and are not guaranteed to be error-free.
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who host infrastructure, process payments, manage subscriptions, or provide analytics, subject to contractual safeguards;
- App stores (Apple, Google) as needed for distribution, updates, and in-app purchases;
- Legal & safety when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or asset sale (with notice where appropriate).
We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is commonly understood in U.S. state privacy laws.

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, security, and operational requirements. Retention periods may depend on the type of data and your account status.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also be able to opt out of non-essential analytics where offered. To exercise rights, contact us as described below. You can also manage some permissions (such as camera access) in your device settings.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
